[Bottled at Oliver Twist, Stockholm] Cloudy dark yellow, average head. Flowery nose. Dryish with crisp mouthfeel and some pleasant citric hops. Light to medium bodied with lightly spicy finish holding just a hint of bitterness. A freshenign beer, more full of life and character than most American wheat ales. Papsoe (25063) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - MAY 5, 2006
(Bottle 35,5 cl) Pours a pale amber with a creamy, white head. Fresh, lightly citrusy aroma. Medium-bodied with soft, wheaty notes and a fresh whiff of citrus. Vague sweetness and a somewhat dry finish albeit without much bitterness. This is something as unusual as an American Wheat with solid aroma hops. Probably the best AW I’ve ever had.... 060406 Travlr (24875) - Charlotte, North Carolina, USA - DEC 22, 2015

Tap at Blind Tiger. OK, so maybe I shouldn’t have drank this AFTER the Old Rasputin. About halfway through the glass I started tasting more than just water, and I liked it a lot. I am not terribly familiar with the "wheat ale" style, but anything with wheat in the name I measure against hefeweizens. And this beer was pretty good. Poured the typical hazy orange with a lusty, pure white head. Fruity aroma with a tad of yeast. And the flavor too was crisp, clean, fruity and possessed just a hint of breadiness. Overall, perhaps a little more malt character than I would like in a wheat beer. But definitely an enjoyable drink.
