Slightly sour aroma, along with a sweetness. And yeast. Beautiful amber color, with reddish tone. Starts with sweet caramel, moves on to plummy tones. Finishes with toasty malt and a bit of candy sweetness. Maybe some coffee. Ferris (15020) - Burnaby, British Columbia, CANADA - NOV 7, 2014
