Copper colour, lots of yeast, weak white head.
Smell is fruity grassy, with some honey and citrus sourness. White pepper
Taste is sweetish sour-bitter, but somewhat flat. Spicy, with a fresh fizzy finish. Subtle funkiness.

Fules (1400) - Gyöngyös, HUNGARY - NOV 25, 2017
Közepes, nem túl tartós hab, félbarnába hajló narancssárga szín. Mézes, fűszeres illat. Gabonás, kekszes, fűszeres, kissé mézes ízek. Krémes, közepesen testes, erősen szénsavas, gyengén keserű. Nagyon finom, intenzív ízvilágú sör.

Bright yellow pour. Aroma lemon peel some white pepper. Tastes dry boozy, some rye. By the book a bit underwhelming could be drier.

Bottle, 33cL. Home. A sparkling amber, light hazy by several small yeasty sediments ; medium off-white head ; good retention. Biscuit, light caramel, herb, light citrus, alcohol note. Medium round sweet, light warming, light fresh bitter. Medium body, light to medium texture, good carbonation, sweet caramel biscuit finish. Overall, good ! Nice belgian ale.

Bottle from micro bar in and ale centre in Manchester. Pours as golden and hazy with a frothy white head. Nose is sweet and a little fruity. Taste is quite sharp at first, quite hoppy. A little bitter for my tastes.
