Pours orange gold, a touch hazy toward the bottom of the bottle. Very active carbonation leaves a very tall white head and thick lacing on the glass. Nose of spicy esters, citrus, and dried pineapple. Palate is dry from the carbonation, spices are really lifted from the glass. Well built and refreshing, but lacking some fruity tartness that I like in saisons, a bit more like a belgian golden strong.

"Silver Jubilee" Thanks to decaturstevo for this one. Clear body of light gold with a lasting med-white head. Funky lemon aroma. Sweet-tart with a dry finish.

Bottle, 7.9%. Slightly citric and spicy aroma. The flavour is a lot like aroma, only more fruity. After a while, the citric flavour gets better and better.

Bottle thanks to decaturstevo. Poured a slight hazed yellow with a rocky white head that leaves some lasting and light lacing. The aroma finds wheat and citrus with hints of spice. The flavor has clove and fruits with a nice citrus backing. Light body and lively carbonation. Spicy aftertaste. Nice!

[1383-20080524] 750mL bottle. Light wheaty citrus flavour. Hazy, light brown orange body with a big long-lasting foamy white head. Wheat yeast flavour has a bit of sour citrus lemon. Medium body is a bit sour. Average.

Pours like a saison, large head with cloudy golden appearance. Aroma is spicy and citrusywith a slight sweetness. Flavor is sweeter for a saison but still finishes dry. Highly carbonated mouthfeel. This is a solid representation of a saison but not quite as full as some of the other saisons. Just a little lacking on the flavor but still one of the better ones out there.

From tap. Pours hazy orange with a lacing white head. Delicate citrus and grapefruit hoppy aroma. Milky like flavour, seems off. Flavour is a mix of intense hops bitterness, aroma hops and milky lacto note. Off, yet pleasant.

750ml bottle. pours a bright melon orange color with a nice pillowy head of white cream. The aroma is pleasing. I was worried that I wouldn’t be opening a saison. But the aroma is dry, and dusty. The flavor is spicy and dry. The fruit character that appears is dried fruit and doesn’t provide much sweetness to this nicely refreshing ale. I like this beer. Unpretentious, but easy to drink and quality.

Had this beer at the Music City Brewer’s Festival. Poured a clear gold color with a massive creamy white head. Aroma was somewhat spicy. Flavor was slightly bitter with a hint of spice.

Golden pour with a creamy white head and lace. Light spiced aroma hinting of clove. Clovish flavor with a bit of an odd bitter. Creamy smooth palate with light creamy foam. Very drinkable but not hugely special.
