The cork made a loud pop and some foam began to pour out of the bottle. The head was lively and big in the glass. Bright citrus aroma. Flavor is like a dry champagne with some tart citrus flavors. Also has a crisp bitter flavor. An interesting and enjoyable beer. I have really been enjoying saisons recently.
Pours slightly cloudy straw. Nice yeast profile. Medium carbonation. Peppery. A hint of bitterness in a long lasting finish. A well balanced and enjoyable Saison.

Bright yellow pour. Aroma lemon peel some white pepper. Tastes dry boozy, some rye. By the book a bit underwhelming could be drier. PhillyCraft (7709) - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA - AUG 19, 2017
Backlog, Bottle shared with PAtrickFannon in 2010. Blonde color with a 3 finger large white head. Stays around. Notes of brett, farm, lemon skins, oak, grain, and flowers. Ultra drying and tart finish. Great saison, had to have it. chadski (155) - California, USA - AUG 13, 2017

Bottle, 33cL. Home. A sparkling amber, light hazy by several small yeasty sediments ; medium off-white head ; good retention. Biscuit, light caramel, herb, light citrus, alcohol note. Medium round sweet, light warming, light fresh bitter. Medium body, light to medium texture, good carbonation, sweet caramel biscuit finish. Overall, good ! Nice belgian ale. apickles (594) - North Yorkshire, ENGLAND - JUL 15, 2017
Bottle from micro bar in and ale centre in Manchester. Pours as golden and hazy with a frothy white head. Nose is sweet and a little fruity. Taste is quite sharp at first, quite hoppy. A little bitter for my tastes. Tjeerd (611) - GERMANY - JUL 5, 2017
Travlr (25749) - Charlotte, North Carolina, USA - JUL 3, 2017
Bottle. Clear golden color white head. Aroma of flowers and citrus. Taste is earthy mixed stone fruit, dry finish. Very tasty. Scrumpy369 (912) - Budapest, HUNGARY - JUN 25, 2017
Bottle at home. Pale yellow colour, small white head disappears fast. Nose is very nice, lightly funky, spicey vanilla and fresh fruity notes. Taste is low funkyness, low fruityness, spices. Nice mixture of yeast notes, but very subtle and well balaned. Round mouthfeel, little alcoholic warmth. Very nice farmhouse overall, would say that it contains more than one yeast time.
