Bottle. Pours black as night with dark mocha head. Adequate lacing fades quick. Nose of chocolate and roasted malts. Heavy mouthfeel of bitter chocolate, roasted malts, and hint of alcohol. Balanced well though. ----Hophaze out

Flaska frn bestllningssortiment, SB.

Motor oil dark with light brown head. Wonderful robust coffee aroma with hints of oak and cocoa beans. Dark chocolate and espresso flavors, with burnt toffee and smoky bourbon aftertaste.

On draft, nitro pour. This one is an old fave I havent had in too long and it did not disappoint. The aroma is a smooth coffee chocolate, the appearance is decadently smooth and velvety black with a delectable thick lil head. The taste is like a chocolate shake and coffee mixed together with minimal smokiness and a comedically smooth texture. Even le Beccs likes this one! It seems that nitro stouts are the key to a smooth non garbage water experience. One of the best stouts out there! Good for Sunday arcade game time and realizing you need to start exercising again because biking in Pilot Wings for 5 minutes made you sore.

One of the best. Frothy pour. Nutty chocolate aromas which segues to rich bitter coffee flavors.

Big bottle from LCBO. Dark opaque beer with a beige head. Nose is roasted malt, caramel, dark chocolate, dark coffee. Taste is kinda harsh, not that much sweetness, hell of a roasted malt, ashy, kinda unbalanced, would need some aging.

Bottle from the LCBO. Pitch black under a frothy long lasting khaki head that leaves a ton of lace. Nose is roast, dark fruits, coffee, chocolate, and some nuttiness. Flavour follows the nose with a light+ dry sweetness leading to a medium+ coffee and chocolate bitterness and a hint of cherry tartness. Mouth is medium+ and creamy with soft carbonation and a lingering bitter finish. This is a big beer yet the alcohol is well integrated. 9/4+/8/4+/18

651ml bottle from LCBO. Pours a massive frothy creamy brownish head that sticks around fairly long and has a dark brown appearance. Great retention. Lively carbonation. Aromas of dark roasted malts, coffee and chocolate. Flavours are mostly of the malt variety, lots of chocolate and coffee notes, cocoa and roasted malts, some spices as well as notes of dark fruits. Smooth and slick mouthfeel. Abv is very well hidden. Good stuff!
