Belgian Ales represent the height of the brewers art. Sophisticated brewing techniques, yeast blends and unique flavoring elements have elevated the beers of Belgium to the status enjoyed by wine in other countries.

PranQster follows in this tradition using a mixed culture of antique yeast strains that results in a floral nose, a full fruity flavor and a clean finish.

Bottle. Fruity/estery aroma from a hazy amber/golden colored beer. The flavor is sweet with acidity coming through (not infected or anything). Soft mouth feel and good head with short retention. There is something about this beer that reminds me of some of my less successful home brews .

Cloudy orange colour with an off-white head. Fruity aroma of citrus, spices, apricots and hops. Nice sweet flavour with lots of citrus, grass and hops. Bitter finish. Nice beer, especially on a warm day.

Sampled at Brewtopia 2005. Poured golden with a thick creamy white head. Aroma of apple, pear and sweet candy. Tastes of banana and apples, with an overall sweet character. Seemed somewhat similar to a hefe. Enjoyable.

Pours a cloudy dark gold with a foamy white head that settles to rest at the top. Lots of sediment throughout and quite a few carbonation bubbles. Smells of light fruit and floral, very fresh and pleasent smelling. Lots of hops apparent. Taste is semi bitter, then almost fruity and then a bit dry and tart in the end. Good complexity. I have to say I liked it

Pretty pour with yellow-orange haze. Sweet aroma of fruit and spices that pretty well describes the taste of fruit, spices, and alcohol, rounded out by the slightest bitterness. If anything this isnt beery enough for my taste, but thats made up for by its light body and refreshing finish.

A very sweet hoppy aroma. Great copper colour that I wasnt expecting. The flavour is sweet and hoppy with some nice subtle malts. A nice beer on the palate and one that I would definitely think about buying again.

Its true to the style and thats what I appreciate most. The flavor profile is complex and and the pour is somewhere in between gold and amber. The spices and caramel notes create an enjoyable and relaxing beer.

Hazy light amber-orange color with small cream colored head. Mild aromas in the nose with hints of honey, pineapple-sirup, cookies, spices, stonefruits and some vegetal accents. The taste is smooth, light caramely, light fruity, has touche of dry bisquits, pepper herbs and hops. afthertaste is drying out and ends with some vegelal touches of herbs and hops. Thanks Jeppe for binging this beer.
