Aroma and taste are just plain old light wheat beer. Overall not enough behind the wheat.

on tap @ North Country / Slippery Rock PA --- Hazy lemon straw color, thin off-white head, no lace. Taste is light malt, light carbonation, and a combo of clove, coriander, and orange zest. An unusual Witbier, but agreeable enough.

Pours a hazy straw yellow with no head. Typical Belgian Style Wit Bier with some coriander flavor. Not really my favorite style.

I love North Country brewery but they really made a horrible beer here. You really have to be a Nit Wit to like this beer. This is probably the most bitter beer I have ever tasted. My suggestion is to stay away from this one.

On tap at North Country. Nice pepper-coriander aroma with mild bubblegum. Orange peel. Clear golden pale with very little head. Medium-light thin body with light carbonation. Starts light and simple with light wheat acidity, mild coriander bitterness and mild orange peel. Refreshing and light with clean finish and mild astringent after. Fairly thin, could use more sediment, but nice taste.

Draft. Very pale and hazy (almost like fresh-sqeezed lemonade). Smells of old feet, lemon and grass. Taste is about the same. Didn’t care for this at all.
