This red hued malty ale is rounded out with a generous amount of East Kent Golding and finished with a heavy hand of Centennial hops.

Light hop aroma, the centennial hops are surely present, although the citrus quality is more slight than I would have imagined. Unfortunately this pour (at Bellingham’s annual April Brew’s Day) was completely flat, leaving the body immensely watery. It’s hard to keep this at the back of the mind as it gives the hops a stale character rather than allowing them to freshen the beer. The malt is reasonable, although very modest - this is definitely a hop heavy red. Shows promise, I’ll look for it again.
