Hazy amber colour with a mediumsized creamy head. Aroma is fruits, wheat and rather sweet. Flavour is wheat, biscuits, fruits and mild berryish and malty notes. Slight tart notes in the finish.
Infected? HUGE head. Lots of carbonation. Very thin. Slight sour, tart flavor. Refreshing. Not really bad, but I didn’t particularly care for it. Dogbrick (13036) - Columbus, Ohio, USA - AUG 8, 2011
Pours a clear amber-orange color with a medium thin foamy white head that recedes slowly. Partial sticky rings of lacing on the glass. Aroma of citrus, wheat and cherry. Light body with flavors of cherries, malt, wheat and a bit of citrus zest. The finish is fruity with a short mildly tart cherry aftertaste. Slightly above average overall.

8/08/2011: North Peak Archangel Summer Wheat (made with Michigan cherry juice)... Aroma: Cherry almond; toasty wheat malt; slightly floral. Appearance: Coppery gold color with a frothy off-white head; there is a slight chill haze to the complextion; bubbly crown remains. Flavor: Yeasty apple with some cherry tartness; musty wheat malt; cherry is definitely there, but is nicely reserved and therefore doesn’t dominate. Palate: Medium-light to medium body; lightly bubbly. Overall: Well-balanced and refreshing; this beer actually comes across tasting like a wheat beer with some cherry flavor, not like an cherry cough-syrup bomb like the Samuel Adams Cherry Wheat).
11.5 fl. oz. bottle (MAY 1211) from The Andersons General Store in Toledo, Ohio. Rating #53 for this beer.
Bottle. Hazy gold stuff with a small head and kind of an apple juice (guess I can buy cherry though) nose. Flavor is light wheat beer with a pretty heavy fruit presence. thegreenrooster (4406) - St.louis, Missouri, USA - MAY 18, 2016
Pour is a hazy orange with a reddish tint to it. Aroma is a typical wheat ale but you do get a small whiff of the cherries. Flavor is again a wheat malt base but way more of the cherries come out in the in the taste. A little tartness from the cherry comes out after the swallow. Not a great must have summer beer but the cherry in this does not give off any artificial notes so I’ll give them props for using the real deal. kidmartinek (5000) - austin, Texas, USA - NOV 14, 2016
Caramel color. medium white head. Old hay smell. good bite, cool body. medium wheat flavor. bitterness on the finish. Pailhead (6540) - Rochester Hills, Michigan, USA - OCT 19, 2010
Bottle: The aroma consists of musty cherry (lightly sweet and tart) along with some wheat. It pours a hazy (borderline cloudy) dark orange with a massive creamy beige head with excellent retention and lacing. The flavor start with citrus and a touch of wheat. The finish has lightly sweet and tart cherry along with hints of banana and spice. As it warms, the tart cherry notes in the finish increase, but a slight metallic flavor starts to creep in as well. Medium bodied with lively carbonation that is a bit prickly at times. Decent and refreshing, but the carbonation is little too high for my liking.
