The devil made us do it. From the ABV and IBU figures to the fiendish use of Cascade, Perle and Willamette hops, Lucifer was whispering in our ears the entire time. Citrus and pine scents greet you and are followed by the sharp bitterness expected of an IPA. The beers true wickedness is revealed in the smooth Pale, Crystal 30 and wheat malts that surreptitiously broaden the beers appeal to more than just hopheads.

This bottled brew from a bottle shop poured a small sized head of foamy white colored bubbles that were very long lasting and left behind a semi-transparent orange brown colored body and an excellent lacing. The nice aroma was hoppy. The sharp crisp mouth feel was tingly at the start and at the finish with a bitter hoppy aftertaste. The nice flavor contained notes of bitter crisp hops and malt. Delicious and one I would certainly like to have again.

Rated on 4-04-2016 (Bottled on 10/12/15) The appearance is a medium sized ivory head that mostly diminished, transparent amber body, slow rising carbonation, and spotty amounts of lacing. The aroma is light citrus and pine khops, orange hops, light lemon, and caramel. The flavor presents light bitterness, citrus hops, lightly fruity, and quite malty. The mouthfeel is creamy and light carbonation. This is a medium bodied IPA. An easy drinking IPA with an average taste to it.

Bottle. Pours dark gold with a light, off-white, shallow head. Nose is grapefruit, camphor, rosemary, sage, and lavender -- very well balanced. Bitter on the front of the tongue, with a nicely countered orange-toffee malt; theres a saline or savory edge that adds a third element to the overall taste. I cant say it enough; balanced, balanced, balanced. Its a little understated, but very harmonious. The finish is, however, a little short. Quite nice.

Great IPA. Tasted this side by side with 7 other MI IPAs and it ranked at the top with 2 others. Nice long-lasting head,copper-gold color and piney aroma. Nice resiny hop flavor balancing a malty background. Solid.

Bottled 10/28/15. Pours golden color, big slightly beige head. Aroma is caramel malt, citrus hops, but it feels old. It IS about 3 months old, and Im pretty sure it was a malty IPA to begin with, but its particularly malty now. Decently hoppy finish. Would def. be better fresher.

Bottle. Color was an orange to copper color with an off white head. Aroma of orange, citrus, and some pine and caramel. More malty in the flavor. Piney and orange in the flavor. Good stuff

Bottle at home while visiting Jacksonville. pours an orange gold with a white head. Light veggie dank aroma. Medium body, medium carbonation. Sweet with a light metallic edge alongside pine and orange and some toasty stuff. Not great.

Acobreada com espuma persistente. Otimo aroma, citrico e pinus, mas nao evidente ao paladar. Retrogosto persistente, um pouco terroso.

copper color with a long lasting medium head. The aroma is ok but the taste is less than desirable. The taste is off-balanced. A little bit more malty would be nice.
