COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The devil made us do it. From the ABV and IBU figures to the fiendish use of Cascade, Perle and Willamette hops, Lucifer was whispering in our ears the entire time. Citrus and pine scents greet you and are followed by the sharp bitterness expected of an IPA. The beer’s true wickedness is revealed in the smooth Pale, Crystal 30 and wheat malts that surreptitiously broaden the beer’s appeal to more than just hopheads.

Nice IIpA aromas. Grapefruit, pine, big citrus bite. Clear copperish color with minimal head. Drop that abv to 4 or so and you got a new favorite session.

Bottle. Musty and musky, a muted orange color. Rife with characteristics of the wet northern frontier, hoppy and earthen. Light in body, but heavy in its dankness. (#6828, 11/11/2017)

A good ipa. Good hop mix with pine and citrus in aroma and taste. Not overly bitter. The wheat and malts add body and smoothness. Reminds me a bit of lagunitas little something extra

zubblwump (118) - Michigan, USA - JUN 10, 2017
Darker than many IPA’s, caramel color. Nice strong citrus and pine hits the nose as I pour from bottle to glass. Oily look to it. with very little head. Bitterness hits the tongue first, with some sweet citrus right after...then back to bitter on the the tail end. Thicker feel in the mouth, as expected from the oily appearance. This is better than I expected, just a tad to much bitter in the aftertaste to really ascend.
