COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Gracefully swaying winter wheat donates its mellow, sweet malt and golden appearance. Cool, pristine waters from ancient glaciers provide the base. Rustling Willamette hops extend a subtle bitterness to the beers personality. Taken together, the ingredients create an easily quaffable, unfiltered brew that shares with you a little bit off the tranquility of Northern Michigan in every swallow.

12 oz. shorty bottle served in a shaker- Poured a hazy yellow color with an ever so slight tint of orange, razor thin white head with no visible ring about the glass for a head. Aroma of wheat and yeast. Hits the mouth with a light body, malt is light and clean, middle holds up well, finish is slightly sour for some reason- no noticeable skunk. It works!

12 oz bottle picked up locally from notes. Pours a clear golden color with a small white head. The aroma and flavor have pale, wheat malts, light citrus, a splash of caramel, grass, pretty bland, not something I would revisit.

Bottle: Slightly hazed, yellow-gold with a tall, slightly off-white head. A bit skunky.....lemon, wheat aroma. Taste is sweet, but dull and stale wheat malt. Grainy bitter. Not all that good.

Not the best and not the worst. Pretty average all around but very drinkable. Worth trying.

12 ounce bottle into pint glass, bottled on 7/22/2015. Pours lightly hazy bright golden yellow color with a 2 finger fairly dense white head with good retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lingers. Nice spotty soapy lacing clings on the glass, with a good amount of streaming carbonation retaining the head. Aromas of lemon, pear, apple, light banana, light pepper/clove, wheat, cracker, bread, herbal, floral, grass, and yeast earthiness. Nice and pleasant aromas with good balance and complexity of fruity/earthy yeast, pale malt, and light earthy hops notes; with solid strength. Taste of lemon, pear, apple, light banana, light pepper/clove, wheat, cracker, bread, herbal, floral, grass, and yeast earthiness. Light herbal/spicy bitterness on the finish; with lingering notes of lemon, pear, apple, light banana/pepper/clove, wheat, cracker, bread, and herbal/yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Nice complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/earthy yeast, pale malt, and light earthy hop flavors; with a good malt/bitterness balance and zero cloying flavors after the finish. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth and lightly creamy/bready/sticky mouthfeel that is nice. Alcohol is very well hidden with minimal warming present after the finish as expected of 5%. Overall this is a nice pale wheat ale style. All around good robustness, complexity, and balance of fruity/earthy yeast, pale malt, and light earthy hop flavors; and very smooth and easy to drink. A nicely enjoyable offering.

Bottle. Pours cloudy golden yellow with medium white head that quickly dissipates. Aroma is strong lemon rind. Thin body and light carbonation. Citrusy but watery flavor. Kind of bland taste overall.
