Very cloudy orange pour from bottle at home. No head. Fruity wheat aroma. Weird grapefruit wheat bitter and apart watery like taste. Sweet and candy like flavor. Not bad Mittenator (1612) - Michigan, USA - JUN 10, 2013
Bottle. Carmel color with a cream head. Hop and skunk aromas. Sweet, sugar, and hops with a astringent finish. gonzosauce (157) - Ann Arbor, Michigan, USA - MAY 16, 2013
A very sweet aroma dominated by wheat, stale bubblegum, a dearth of hops, and the least bit of nutmeg. A very cloudy, expansive head & excellent lacing retention. Herbal, and batch to batch it varies in harshness, but always the presence of hops undermined by a ridiculous amount of wheat that makes the beer border on nauseatingly sweet. Very low viscosity on the palate, but pleasant hopspice effect. Overall, it’s lacking in feel and complexity, though it may very much impress a wheat lover getting into hops. joshwoodward (575) - - APR 5, 2013
Very nice! I’d written off North peak, but this is tasty. Not a lot of wheat flavor, but a solid aromatic IPA. Chuckaduck (674) - Highland Heights, Kentucky, USA - MAR 24, 2013
Bottle. 3/24/13. Pours hazy amber with fluffy off-white head. Aroma is citrus, grass, caramel, dry; not a whole lot going on in the aroma. Taste is dry, citrus, sort of plastic-like; bitter fruit peel finish. Nice lacing. Low carbonation. Slick mouth feel. I really didn’t get a "smooth kiss of sweet death" anywhere here. There’s somethign sort of musty throughout that I’m not a fan of. Not a favorite of mine.

Floral sweet great smell; cloudy red amber color; taste rather bland yet bitter, turning slightly sour when warm; right texture; yep I would drink it again Aggie80 (827) - Michigan, USA - NOV 11, 2012
Dark ice tea pour with white head and some moderate lacing. Sediment was visible before even pouring. Aroma of hops, but not what one would expect. Much less of a hop flavor than I would have expected, which means I like more than most IPAs. BMMillsy (1788) - Florida, USA - OCT 6, 2012
UPDATED: OCT 21, 2012 My favorite wheat ipa. Sweet with almost a dipa malt character. Pours dark orange and smells of citrus hops and some wet dog. An excellent ipa, with some unique wheat flavor just in the background. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone Panzuriel (2333) - Westerville, Ohio, USA - SEP 21, 2012
North peak vicious ipa on tap. Pours apricot copper slightly hazy with a nice head of white bubbles. Nose is shockingly absent. Maybe a faint hint of hops. Body is mildly fizzy. Taste is a nice blend of floral hops on the tip and mellow wheat presence through the middle finishing with good bitters. Very decent beer indeed.
