Stubby bottle courtesy of Doodler (thanks Scott) poured a clear orange amber with a small lasting creamy amber head. Aromas of wheat, earthiness and citrus. Palate was medium bodied and crisp. Flavors of wheat, earthiness, orange zest and grapefruit with a crisp moderatly bitter lingering earthy finish. Tmoney99 (15120) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - FEB 8, 2011
Bottle. Poured hazy dark golden color with a large frothy off-white head that lasted with good lacing. Moderate to heavy earthy hop and wheat aroma. Medium to full body with a smooth texture and soft carbonation. Moderate to heavy bittersweet flavor with a moderate to heavy bittersweet finish of moderate duration. Very good brew.

Sample at Fat Head’s. The beer pours a hazy golden-orange color with a medium thin off-white head that recedes steadily. Spotty lacing on the glass. Citrusy hops and malt in the nose. Medium body with flavors of hops, citrus and wheaty malt. The finish is fruity with a short hoppy aftertaste. Decent IPA overall. crossovert (14134) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - JAN 1, 2012
I thought this one was a failure. Super spicy, bitter but not extremely so, very herbal. It is a bit harsh. hopdog (13211) - Lansdale, Pennsylvania, USA - DEC 18, 2010
Bottle. Poured all head. Settled to a deeper golden color. Aromas of citrus, wheaty, musty, and spicy. Thinner tastes of the same. Tom hit it on the head when he said if he had this blind, he would have guessed a Saison.

A decent IPA with significant wheat added. An orangey piney IPA taste. Nice orange appearance and creamy foamy head. The wheat adds to the creamy mouthfeel. Hop aromas. Good drinkability, likely the wheat balances potential astringency from the hops. deyholla (12588) - Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA - APR 4, 2010
Sampled from a Growler at the 2010 March Metro Detroit Tasting. Poured a cloudy gold with a medium gray head that quickly dissipated. Aroma had pine notes with a bit of sweet fruit underlying and as well as a bit of funk. Flavor was similar with mainly pine and the fruit coming out towards the finish. shrubber85 (11706) - Greenville, Indiana, USA - MAR 28, 2014
Bottle. Buttery wheat malt and light orange peel aroma. Golden yellow with small head. Sweet buttery wheat malt and moderately bitter orange peel flavor. Okay. phaleslu (10895) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - AUG 31, 2015
Draft served in a flight. Pours a barely cloudy gold with a lasting white head that settles into a lace and film. Certainly wheaty up front, with citrus peel, florals, grass, pine needles, sugars, and grains. Light-bodied, with medium carbonation and a dry, bitter mouthfeel. Fitting of its IPA designation over Wheat Ale, but leaves a little to be desired on that side of things. marcus (10869) - Sacramento, California, USA - JUN 24, 2014
Bottle from Healthy Spirits. Pours cloudy amber with a nice off-white head and a bready aroma. There is a bitter pale malt flavor with a very dry finish. Not very balanced - hop bitterness overwhelms the malt sweetness.
