Slainte (pronounced Slon-cha) is the Irish word for cheers! This creamy, smooth, dark beauty has ample amounts of caramel, roasted and chocolate malts giving it its complex flavorful body. Can you taste Toffee?

Draft - Nitro - Nice roast, nutty notes and some chocolate. Jet black with a rich beige head. Cocoa and toast with a creamy light finish.

iggynelix (136) - Pennsylvania, USA - JUL 18, 2015
Great nose. Reminds me of fresh cherry pipe tobacco. Decent tan head. Fantastic vanilla chocolate and cherry flavours. Great viscosity and gravity with lower abv.

mcberko (18583) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - DEC 19, 2014
On nitro tap at Empire Ale House, pours a dark mahogany with a medium beige head. Aroma and flavour are very subtle, almost non-existent, with the nitrogen taking over this thing completely. Maybe a touch of roast and cocoa nibs in there. Decent but boring stout that is dominated by the nitro treatment.

Oakes (18543) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - SEP 16, 2014
Dark brown, thin head, nutty aroma with a little bit of fudgey character. Fudgey palate, too, soft and brownie-like.

maxwelldeux (4374) - Snohomish, Washington, USA - SEP 8, 2014
Draught in a flight at the brewpub. Nitro pour. Pours a very dark brown color. Nose is roasty with some oats to it, and seems quite pleasing. Taste is roasty and creamy, and goes down super smooth. Quite a pleasant brew.

fiulijn (21022) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - MAY 23, 2014
Draught at the brewery, nitro, 6.6% ABV
Black color with nitro head. The nitro limits a lot the aroma and flavor, but it seems to be a nice Stout, soft, with a good chocolate presence, fairly dry; the nitro also gives a light metallic aftertaste.
Nice beer, but stop nitro!

Hanuta06 (477) - Washington, USA - MAY 31, 2013
Serving: from (nitro) tap at The Beer Junction. Aroma: lightly malty. Appearance: small, creamy, beige, initial head with an excellent sheet of lacing and fully lasting longevity. Dark-brown body. Taste: lightly sweet initial flavor and finish with short duration. Palate: medium-bodied with creamy texture and flat-to-soft carbonation. Overall: very good and easy to drink.

killjoy966 (677) - Washington, USA - JUN 30, 2012
Taster @ North Sound Brewing. Notes: Smells great (as a stout should). Nitro. Decent dry stout.

after4ever (8025) - Mukilteo, Washington, USA - AUG 27, 2011
Draft at Balefire. Pours a grainy jet black with a dense and creamy tan disc of mousse that sticks around for quite a while. Nice roasty sweet nose. Creamy medium body. Tons of milk chocolate and baking chocolate up front on the mid-palate, fairly roasty, then gets dark and ashy near the end. Great all-around drinking stout. Very bold and harmonious.
