Clear medium amber color with a small, frothy - fizzy and open, fair lacing, fully diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, nutty. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, caramel, malt sweet, amlt - nutty bitter. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20150212]

Cask. Copper with full white top. Aroma cereal with nut and fruit - muesli! Taste of toffee and dried fruit with hoppy linger. Reasonably light with average carbonation and no strong finish. A decent session bitter.

Tried at the Nottingham beer festival 2015. Brown colour with an off white head. Aroma has caramel and grain. Taste toffee sweetness with a dry finish.

Cask, Slug and Lettuce, Leicester. Tawny brown with an off white head. Aromas are maple syrup and Weetabix. Toffee and biscuit with raisins and lemon. Flavours are malty with raisins and maple syrup. Earthy hops with a dry finish. Pretty good.

Cask conditioned at Rugby Beer Fest 12. Amber with white head. Malty, biscuity bitter, some leaf like hop, a touch of a fungal type note, yeasty. Nothing really to grab hold of.
