Clear medium amber color with a small, frothy - fizzy and open, fair lacing, fully diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, nutty. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, caramel, malt sweet, amlt - nutty bitter. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat.

Cask, Slug and Lettuce, Leicester. Tawny brown with an off white head. Aromas are maple syrup and Weetabix. Toffee and biscuit with raisins and lemon. Flavours are malty with raisins and maple syrup. Earthy hops with a dry finish. Pretty good.

Cask conditioned at Rugby Beer Fest ’12. Amber with white head. Malty, biscuity bitter, some leaf like hop, a touch of a fungal type note, yeasty. Nothing really to grab hold of.
