500ml bottle. Light yellow golden amber colour, very thin white head with slight malt aroma. Tangy, malty with alittle bitterness followed by caramel, earthy, yeast notes leaving a lingering dry bitter finish. Light clean watery body. OK
Bottle from Drink?, Hebden Bridge. Pale amber-orange with no head. Hoppy and fruity, with the ginseng evident but light. Easy-drinking and very palatable. ralphdot (1098) - Billingham, Durham, ENGLAND - OCT 26, 2016
3.6% gold colour with a nice head, bit of s floral aroma, taste is dry with some hops. Sjohnh (998) - Coventry, West Midlands, ENGLAND - MAY 6, 2016
Odd. Blonde, very cloudy despite careful pouring, with a small but lasting layer of white head. Aroma, which I guess is influenced by the ginseng, is like lemon drops left out in the sun for a while. Medium body, low carb. Some interesting elements to the flavour, with lemon, ginger and herbs, but there is a bit too much sweet and sour. A bit of barnyard creeping in now, not sure where that came from. Odd. allmyvinyl (10841) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - JUL 28, 2015
500ml bottle from Beers of Europe. Pours clear golden with a short-lived white head. Aromas, such as they are, of light malt, something faintly herbal. Taste is watery, light sweet up front, bitterness building at the back. Odd linger, which I’ll put down to the ginseng. Leighton (21861) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - APR 15, 2013
Bottle at a ChrisO tasting - London. Pours clear yellow with a bubbly white head. Bladn nose, just some very faint dough and hay. The flavour follows with appropriate blandness, mild sweetness, some further dough, sweaty grains. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Mellow sweetness in the end, hints of hay and white sugar. Just so bland.

Cask conditioned handpump Ale Wagon Leicester 16/01/13. A bright golden beer with an off-white head. Fairly sweet with herbal and fruity notes. A bit oily. I guess the herbal flavours are the ginseng. It’s OK no more. fonefan (50004) - VestJylland, DENMARK - AUG 21, 2012
