COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This is a crisp, lightly hopped American wheat ale brewed with wild flower honey from a local producer. Honey added late in the brewing process makes this beer honey-forward. From the aroma to the finish, you will know there is honey in this beer. Enjoy during patio season or as a nice break from the big beers of winter.

Sampled from the tap at the brewpub. Pours a clear pale gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma combines sweet wheat with a hint of honey and sweet wheat with a hint of light fruit. Flavor has more earthy wheat with a honey backing.

Pretty basic little blond ale (oh but it’s made with wheat). Inoffensive and probably sessionable.

Pour on tap at the brewery, hazy yellow pour with white head, aroma brought notes of slight biscuit, bread, hints of grass, spice notes from the hops, slight yeast, touch of honey. Taste is a mix of biscuit, bread, hints of grass, slight earth, honey, touch of hops, finishing slightly bitter, dry.
