Bottle 500ml. @ chriso.

Clear light light yellow colour with virtually none head. Aroma is moderate pear, dry pear, barnyard notes. Flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet and light light acidic with a average to long duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20110501]

750ml bottle from Mr Lawrence Wine Merchants, Brockley. Golden/yellow pour. Spicy nose with a hint of ginger. Crisp conference pear sharpness. Sharp, sweet and slightly dry. Very fruity indeed.
