COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This is a big, juicy, highly-hopped, full flavoured beer. This beer was not meant to voyage, it’s meant to be drunk fresh to ensure the big citrusy, piney aroma is as fresh as can be. This beer is one of the ultimate reasons to drink fresh, local, unfiltered, and hand crafted beer!

Interesting beer. I got a much stronger malt body than I expected with a lot of caramel sweetness. But it worked well with the resiny hops, with pine and ripe citrus prominent. Nicely balanced and smooth.

2017-06-11. Lightly hazy dark orange body, modest beige head. Aroma of pleasant lightly resinous orange citrus hops. Flavour is sharply bitter up front, lots of citrusy hops, pleasant orange, tangerine, moderate resin. 7++ Average plus bodied palate, good carbonation. Pretty nice. A touch more resin and malt than my preference but still tasty. 7/3-4/7-8/3/16+ On tap at Northwinds, Collingwood.

On tap at brewery. Dad’s choice and the best of the bunch. Pours a beautiful copper/orange color with a nice white head. Lots of hop notes happening- citrus, pine, resin, grapefruit. All balances the sweet caramel malt just about right. Nice and slick in the medium mouthfeel. Definite dankness happening. Really great. Super drinkable. Alcohol is not readily apparent.

650 ml bottle from brewery retail store. Pours a hazed copper colour with modest-sized cream-coloured head. Aroma is pine resin, grapefruit pith and gentle caramel. Flavour is quite resiny with more modest grapefruity hops and mellow caramelly malt. Plus body. Nice IPA.
