2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Draft. Good beery smell. Some malt does come through the adjuncts. A slightly metallic tang like most light beers, but still some substance. Properly pale for the style.
12 oz bottle purchased at Four Firkins in St Louis Park, Minnesota. Pour is a dirty golden, hazed, with a foamy two inch white head. Some fine carbonation bubbles and floaties appear in the glass. Aroma is cracker grain, and sort of a dull earthiness - not aggressively dirty, but not real clean either. Taste is the malt and grains, along with light lemon sweet citrus, and followed by the earthy dirt of the nose. Nice and refreshing until the finish. Palate is light to medium bodied, active scrubbing carbonation and the unfortunate dirt aftertaste. Overall, still a decent enough beer. ChainGangGuy (4941) - Woodstock, Georgia, USA - SEP 14, 2007
Appearance: Pours a thin, clear yellow body with a small white head.
Smell: Lactic, soured wheat aroma. Ugh, everything’s all messed up!
Taste: Good grief. Extremely lactic taste overall, a hint of adjuncts here and there, but it’s simply unfinishable. Lord knows I tried!
Mouthfeel: Light-bodied. Mild carbonation.
Drinkability: "White weasel" has since become sort of a colloquial saying around these parts. kp (10880) - Woodstock, Georgia, USA - SEP 9, 2007

Pours a transparent pale golden with a thin, spotty-lacing white head. Aroma of grainy adjuncts, sauerkraut and tart infectious bacteria. Starts thin, watery, sour and a pretty much drainpour. Tastes like everything else I’ve had from them. Skyview (6115) - Papoose Jct, Minnesota, USA - JUN 21, 2007
Picked up a single 12-oz bottle from the brewpub. Pours a very light blonde pale brew with no head. Only a few bubbles on edge of glass. Aroma of multi-grain, steamed rice, with some flowery hops. Taste is highly carbonated, watered down orange peel, some corn flake character and light sweet flowery finish. Palate is too clean and very watered down.

Hazy Yellow Coloring with White Ring. Faint Wheat Aroma. Wheat, Lemon Notes on the Tongue...Faint Hops as Well. Very Drinkable. Agreeably Not a Cream as Much as an American Wheat Style Brew. Actually one of Their Tastier / Non-Offending Brews, if Not the Best So Far. badgerben (5378) - Blaine, Minnesota, USA - OCT 22, 2005
Yellow color with a thin head. A little wheat for the aroma. The taste is a passable rendition of a wheat with some citrus as well. Disturbingly enough, not a bad little beer. Oh... it’s a cream ale? Um, no... but it’s drinkable. JPDIPSO (6298) - Wauwatosa, USA - JUL 12, 2005
Actually one of the best brews of the night even though I was rushed out of the bar at 11:00 (slow night). Light hazy straw color with a wispy white head. Light cotton candy aromas. Mild wheat and light citrus flavors. Now I see the description as a cream ale. Seemed more like a a wit. This place really has to decide on its style and how they are going to brew.
