COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Test vom 21.2.2006, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 11,11,9,8,8,10 - 9,70

Bottle looks very simple. Beer in the glass zippy, nice head. Starts mild, modest dry, a bit spicy-grasy, sourish touch. Quite drinkable. Not bad!

Bottle, 5.0%. OK refreshing hop aroma. Clear yellow colour. Frothy, but quite stable, white head. The flavour is clean and malty with a slightly rough hoppiness. Bites a little and is cleansing.

Bottle 50 cl. Clear, pale golden with a dense, white head. Clean and malty nose. Medium body with sweet malts and a dry and hoppy finish. Rather a classic Pils. 141208

Bottle: Golden, mid-sized, very stable and lacy white head; grainy and aromatic "woody" hoppy aroma; moderate bitter-sweet flavour, light to medium bodied, soft carbonation; lingering aromatic-hoppy and pale-malty finish. Good stuff.......!!!

MoritzF (10095) - Ottobrunn, GERMANY - NOV 3, 2008
(bottle) Clear, golden colour with a lacing medium-sized foamy white head. Light-sweet and soft grainy malty nose with notes of citrus and a delicate spicy herbal hoppy touch. Moderately bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a crispy and well-matured mouthfeel. Pale malty base with early arriving hoppy spice and subtle citrus-fruity notes; dry and moderately hop bitter finish. A Pilsener of decent quality (13.X.08).

Ungstrup (38414) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - MAY 28, 2008
Bottled. A light golden beer with a thick white head. The aroma is sweet malty with primary notes of straw, but also light notes of lemon. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of straw, leading to a dry bitter finish. Nicely clean.

2.5
Ernest (7820) - Boulder, Colorado, USA - FEB 3, 2008
Sampled at the brewery, Marktredwitz. Head is initially average sized, frothy, white, mostly lasting. Body is light yellow. Aroma is lightly malty (grain), lightly hoppy (flowers, herbs), with light notes of soap and DMS. Flavor is lightly to moderately sweet, lightly bitter. Finish is lightly sweet, moderately bitter, husky. Light to medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation. A rather grainy, rough rendition. Not particularly clean.
