Clear medium orange amber color with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted - caramel, sweet malt, toffee, light moderate hoppy, grass, fruity, citrus - orange notes. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average duration, dry. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat.

Hop aroma. Golden coloured fruity and hoppy with a little dryness in a crisp and creamy malt finish.

Cask handpull at The Dolphin, Derby. Crystal clear copper/gold with thin white head. Cut grassy, biscuity herby beer. Oddly minerally. Oddish herb hop.
