Pours a blonde colour. Taste is citrusy and fruity with some spiciness. Not a bad example of the style

Cask at The Market Tavern, Durham, 3.70/pint. A beautiful looking very pale amber beer with a smooth white head. Theres citrus and wheat in the nose and the taste has well balanced citrus sweetness, malt and biscuit notes and a crisp, dry, mid-long finish. Very good.

Bottle shared at a tasting at Max place. Thanks Grumbo. Clear light gold with white film. Grainy and sweet and bready aroma, bitter, mild and quite stale taste. Quite quaffable and a nice summer drink, with its light body and long, mildly bitter finish.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Maxs place. Thanks kerenmk. Clear golden. Aroma of stale malt, skunky hops and cardboard. Flavor has a bit of sweetish stale dusty malt, and some bitterish skunky hops. Rather light-bodied.

Aroma pleasant and slightly nutty. Appearance Golden with thin head but strong lacing. Taste tang of mown grass not my usual preference but ideal when the sun beats. Palate strong initially with bitter ripples. Slightly acidic aftertaste. This could wear on you over a session but it could equally provide a foul for a malty brew.
