Cask at GBBF 2007. A brown beer with a thin beige head. The aorm aissweet malty, while the flavor is sweet malty combined with a roasted note.

Cask (Peterborough Beer Festival 2004) Off, drainpour. Sweet and fruity, seemed full of body, the kind of mild I like a lot - could be shooting for ~3.5 perhaps. Must re-rate, as this had soured.

Cask conditioned - handpump - The Bell Nottingham. A black coloured mild with a tight off-white head which has a little nitro appearance. The aroma is fairly fruity and there is noticeable hop. The taste has roasted malt but also more hoppy bitterness than expected. A little coffee also. A very nice mild.

reakt (950) - Greater London, ENGLAND - OCT 25, 2007
Cask @ The Wenlock. Dark brown with an off white head. Nose of blackcurrant, tobacco, yeast and hops. Taste is much the same with a dry bitter hop finish.

imdownthepub (14791) - Banbury, Oxfordshire, ENGLAND - SEP 30, 2007
Cask conditioned at The Merchants Inn, Rugby, Warks. Dark brown with cream head. Sweet fruity mild, quite plummy with a touch of rich malty notes and nuts. There is a hop character giving an odd bitterness. Overall a pretty good mild.

Christian (13685) - Odense, DENMARK - AUG 26, 2007
Very dark brown with a red hue. Lasting small off-white head. Fruity and floral notes in the aroma along with some toffee. Roast and dry fruity flavour.

hughie (3996) - Bedford, Bedfordshire, ENGLAND - AUG 17, 2007
Cask at Wellington Arms, Bedford. Dark reddish brown with a small off white head. Yeasty, sweet, floral aroma with a lovely old-fashioned mustiness in the background. Taste is rich with berry fruits: clean, fresh and delightful. A little back of the throat bitterness. This is as good as a mild gets.

RoyceH (1199) - Hesperange, LUXEMBOURG - AUG 13, 2007
Dark brownish, thin tan head. Nose is quite fresh malty, some fruit and hop. Mouth is light and fresh, some sweetness. Slightly dry.

MesandSim (7117) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - MAR 15, 2007
A Mes rate: Cask at the Pembury Tavern. Hmm, nice balance of crisp dry hops and lovely sweet malt. Blackberry and prunes in the nose. Freakishly tastes of mac and cheese. Honest guv! Quite sweet until the very bitter finish. A decent mild.

DJMonarch (9179) - Northwich, Cheshire, ENGLAND - FEB 15, 2006
Cask Stillage at the Civic Hall, Pudsey 12/03/2005 Black slightly rich on the palate and sweet. Some dryness and roast malt in a hoppy finish.
