Bottle from Carrefour, Calais. A hazy golden beer that pours with a large foamy head. It has a lemon and toffee flavour, spicy citrus followed by a smooth herbal, vanilla and fruity finish.

75 cl bottle. Hazy pale golden colour, with a big cottony head. Clearly very bread/yeasty aroma with hints of citrus. Bit raw in aroma profile. Good fruity flavour with dough and yeast. Hints of light caramel. Fluffy, big-ish mouthfeel, at least at this abv-level. Very reminiscent of those blonde Abbey beers. Light sweet and semi-dry. No cellar in this one. It ought to be aged for at least half a year.

Bottle bought in a shop near the beach in Wimereux, France. Golden coloured pour with a smallish white head. Aroma of apples and lemons. Tastes fruity, sweet, banana, apples, lemons, refreshing. Reminded me of a thin Achel blonde. Rather pleasant and a surprise.
