33cl bottle @ home shared with Joes thanks to my mum and dad bringing this from holiday. Clear yellow to golden color, medium sized a bit soapy white to off-white head. Smell malts, some sweetness, lightly some flowers. Taste malts, a slight touch of herbs, flowers again and maybe even a slight fruityness. Again a quite nice beer from this brewery. A bit high carbonated, medium body.

75 cl bottle. Hazy pale golden colour, with a big cottony head. Clearly very bread/yeasty aroma with hints of citrus. Bit raw in aroma profile. Good fruity flavour with dough and yeast. Hints of light caramel. Fluffy, big-ish mouthfeel, at least at this abv-level. Very reminiscent of those blonde Abbey beers. Light sweet and semi-dry. No cellar in this one. It ought to be aged for at least half a year.

Golden hazy body. OK begie head. Yeast, fruits and wheat in aroma. has a fruity citrus like flavor.

Had to really fight to get much head out of this one, but once it was going it was okay, in fact lasting quite awhile, must be lots of yeast in the recipe. Soft aroma of hops and malts, very faint. Taste is a little malt, a little hop, some alcohol sting. Not too interesting or complex, but very drinkable.

Quack-Duck (9540) - Down South, GERMANY - AUG 29, 2011
bottle from Calais Vins. Golden colour, large white head. Aromatic hoppy nose. Full-bodied, good malt flavours, resiny-citrusy hops are present. Well-balanced, smooth palate.

Unclear yellow of color with a white head. An aroma of hay, bread, hops, cereal and malt. A flavor of bread, hops, citrus, malt and hay.
