33 cl bottle in Trappist [email protected] Approx 10 celcius. Cloudy golden with nice white head with delighfully small bubbles. Good aroma with citrus and sugar. Light for a blonde. In alcohol, but unfortunately also somewhat in taste. However, the taste that this beer does carry of Belgian blonde yeast, a subtle sweetness and a quity malty finish, is very pleasant and very well balanced. If you are in the market for a blonde without too much alcohol and which is not too heavy, 2 Caps is a good bet without any off tastes to bother you enjoyment

Prune blanche ? Amertume douce en fin de bouche . Agréable

Marsiblursi (3076) - Göteborg, SWEDEN - JUN 28, 2007
(Bottle) Pours golden. Yeasty aroma with bread dough and damp basement notes. Herbal/spicy notes of coriander, clove and some grass are also present. Light citrusy with lemon and oranges up front. Some fruity undertones with hints of banana. Yeasty, doughy flavour with a subtle fruitiness. Rather buttery mouthfeel with a lot of bubbly carbonation. Light grassy and herbal/coriander in the flavour as well. Round, medium full body. An ok beer without any surprise party’s.

Skinnyviking (9570) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - JUL 10, 2007
Bottle. Lovely high lasting and creamy white head. Hazy yellow and thick looking body. Very sweet and fruity, astonishingly much banana like in a wheat beer. Flavor is fruity, lemon and oranges, and fresh with a good deal of carbonation. Short sweet aftertaste.

Maria (10212) - Thisted, DENMARK - AUG 4, 2007
Warm golden with a nice head and a slightly malty, fruity and spicy aroma. The flavour has light sweetness, notes of fruit, malt, caramel, spice, yeast and citrus. Uncomplicated - but also uninteresting! 2445

yngwie (17053) - Kristiansand, NORWAY - AUG 29, 2007
Bottle, 75cl corked. Golden, unclear body with a white head. Banana, fruits and some yeast in the aroma. The flavor is quite on the fruity side as well, with banana and some spices and yeast. Medium body. Slightly dry finish with some hops and spices. A quite refreshing beer, but there’s nothing extraordinary to it. (070719)

From l’Epicerie, Le Bon Marché, Paris
Hazy blond color; generous creamy head, stiff. Medium-light aroma of coriander, light yeast. Dry malt flavor, light citrus fruits and coriander, a bit too much yeasty. Not bad but it can’t match a real Belgian Ale.

Pinball (12150) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - MAR 12, 2010
