Bouteille de 33 cl. Une blanche tirant sur le blond, trouble, mousse pas mal pour une blanche. Pas énormément armotique mais légère, subtile, désaltérante. Trouvée aux jardins de Rouvroy.

Bottle. Cloudy yellow gold with a large off-white foam. Aromas are sharp citrus with sherbet and yeast. Floral soapiness with hints of honey. Flavours are sweet mellow lemon with dry, clean wheat. Spritzy and foaming on the palate. Has a lightly bitter, dry finish.

Bottle, bought @ Voldby Købmandsgård.
Pours light hazy golden with a big, frothy, white had. Okay lacings. Aroma has light butter, sweet wheat, light coriander. Kinda soft. Highish carbonation, okay mouthfeel. Flavour is light sweet, good wheaty touch, some spiciness, mild ginger and coriander. Fair and rather light dryness in the finish. Good malty balance.

DeanF (2469) - Alberta, CANADA - SEP 4, 2010
Hot on the heels of the rotten vegetable juice known as Colomba, this one pours with just a little bit of head but an acceptable yellow colour. Proper aroma of wheat, slightly artificial, but not overly so. Taste is a nice mix of wheat and hops, good balance, good strength on the tongue. A decent wheat.

Bottle, 4.5%. Sour fruit and paper aroma. Slightly hazy pale yellow colour. Very big and nice rocky white head. The flavour is soapy and citric. The aftertaste is the same: soapy and citric with a little paper to boot. Not as bad as it sounds, but not too great, either. 5 3 5 3 9
