Bottled. Hazy yellow colour, mediumsized white head. Aroma is very big coriander, zest, a lot of other citrusfruits, wheat and some more spices involved. Flavour is coriander, wheat, slight yeast and some grass. A very pleasant thing, that at the same time is very refreshing and full of stuff. One of the better Witbiers I have had.

Bottle, 33 cl. @ Wimereux. Very cloudy yellow color, with white head. Aroma sweet, citrus, wheatmalts. Medium body. Taste sweet, a little coriander, good character, fruity, yeast. A good witbier.

UPDATED: APR 5, 2009 (75 cl bottle at Ambleteuse, France) Very nice above-average White Beer with a big head. Taste is also above-average, aroma isn’t all that special.

Bottle, 75cl. Hazy, pale yellow colour with a large white head. Spicy aroma with notes of citrus, dark berries, rose pepper & cookies. Light fruity flavour with a finish of more dark berries, quite nice!

750 ml bottle. Yellowish white colour. Weakly cloudy, but get much cloudier when pouring the remainings of the bottle. Rich sweet bready citrus aroma. Not that much coriander that one can find in other witbiers. Full flavoured with lots of character. High carbonation level makes it very lively, but still has a rich texture with yeast and bread. A very nice witbier.

Bottle (St Georges Park Bottle Fest): Hazy gold with a white head. Nice clean wheaty start with a mild spice finish. Good stuff.
