Draught at the brewpub. Pours hazy tea amber with small bubbles along the rim. Clear aroma of malt and honey. Sweetish onset, enriched by malty and caramellish notes, ending slightly dry. Subtle tokay notes. Not the best mead I have ever had. Not the best beer, either. Sill, interesting.

Gr0ve (2176) - Oslo, NORWAY - SEP 2, 2012
Draught. Amber colour. Slightly hazy. Acidic nose. Delicate honey flavours. Nice carbonation level. Mixes well with the sourness. Honey is there, but well hidden.

yngwie (17553) - Kristiansand, NORWAY - SEP 18, 2011
On tap at Ølfestival 2011. An unclear one, dark golden in color and with a minimal sized beige head. White wine, some oak, a faint whiff of vinegar, nuts and a hint of honey on the nose. The aroma is more on the nutty side, some sweetness too, and white wine, oak, vinegar and honey. Full-bodied, warming and quite dry on the palate, finishing rather nutty. A lovely and complex beer. 110526
