No description at the brewery other than this uses an American yeast and the House IPA uses an English strain. The Nuclear lacks the aroma typical of an IPA. Not to much there. What it lacks in aroma is not evident in the taste however. It’s bitterness is well balanced with the malt. It’s quite smooth. Lacks any citrus notes so I’m assuming this uses more traditional English hops rather than the Northwest hops common in the area. All in all it’s a pleasant albeit mild IPA that’s more East Coast than West Coast.
