This comfortable Tripel juxtaposes banana esters, hay-like cereals and herbal hops in a cuddly, soft mouthfeel licked with alcohol warmth.
Further Personal Perceptions:
-A sheet of foam floats atop the misty golden.
-Herbal hop bitterness is mild but present enough to cut through the finishing sweetness.
-Drinkability is rather high for such a powerful brew.
-Wish I could have tried a bottle conditioned version of this. If the tap was this good, the bottle must be excellent!
On tap at their bar in Cusco.

Nuevo Mundo, Lima. Thick lacing head, heavier yellow. Sweet, cologne and ginger nose. Warm body, a little foamy. Alcohol and flavors are nice, I just want brighter carb. Lubiere (14437) - Ottawa, Ontario, CANADA - JUL 28, 2016
A hazed blonde ale with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light candy sugar, light curacao and coriander, light perfumy notes, nice. In mouth, very sweet fruity malt with candy sugar, light curacao, oily mouth feel, a bit cloying, OK. On tap at brewery. LBarouf (130) - Ontario, CANADA - JUN 12, 2016
330ml bottle from ChocoMuseo: Pours in a sparkling copper opaque robe, creating a light white neck that stays moderately long. Heavy caramel aroma with hints of bread/cereals. Heavy presence of alcohol, feels very sweet. Full bodied with oily texture. Moderate carbonation with a long finish leaving sort of caramel taste in mouth. Feel very heavy. It’s a nice attempt at a Triple and refreshing in this market.

UPDATED: JAN 11, 2017 Served very cold from a bottle. Hazy orange. Good Belgian like flsvor snd aroma, some yeast, grains of paradise, sweetness and followed by an alcohol dryness. Sweetness is low. This is good and better than many triples. carbonation is very high and that is good for this beer. It is something many American brewers miss. This is the best beer I tried in Peru. nimbleprop (9081) - SouthWest, Washington, Washington DC, USA - APR 11, 2016
12oz bottle at Nuevo Mundo at Parque Kennedy pours a hazy gold with some ringing white head. Nose has booze, tropical fruit, very estery, clove, banana, cakey too. Flavor is better, sweet with bubblegum and vanilla cake, spice, tropical fruit. Booze is oily and coats the tongue. Full bodied. Solid but again, perhaps fermented a touch hot. Had in a bottle at a vegan restaurant in Barranco, Lima. Solid triple, malty, and a bit sweet in the finish. No alcohol heat, and some great fruity Belgian esters. Sevenlee (1846) - Central Coast, NSW, AUSTRALIA - DEC 5, 2015
Pours hazy orange colour with white head. Aroma is fruity, malt, and spices. Taste is medium to high sweet. Not bad.
