COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Bryggeri Nyckelbydal är ett familjebryggeri på ön Ekerö i Mälaren. Här tillverkas öl i liten skala under hantverksmässiga former.

Bottle at Katarina Olcafe, Stockholm. Slightly hazy deep amber beer with a nice lasting beige head. Fruity yeasty aroma, chocolate, grapes, licorice, some spices. Hoppy yeasty flavor, grapes, citrus, spicy, hay, some warming alcohol. Quite ok.

Bottle (Adelsö Ölfestival 2015) - Dark brown in colour. Raisins, marzipan and brown sugar in the aroma. Fruity and slightly spicy taste with notes of toffee, raisins, sultanas and brown sugar. Very easy to drink considering its relatively potent abv.

UPDATED: AUG 23, 2014 33 cll bottle at Tradition, Tulegatan, Stockholm. On August 8, 2014.
BB 09/1014.
Hazy dark brown color, tan to light brown head. Sweet, malty, lactic, sugary, light spicy, roasted scent. Sweet, spicy, yeasty, some alcohol, a bit grainy taste. Grainy, roasted aftertaste. Medium to light fizzy mouthfeel. Medium bitterness. Rather well balanced. Kind of easy but a devil in disguise with the ABV. A bit warming.

[email protected], Tulegatan, Stockholm. Ambery brown colour, mediumsized brown foamy head. Aroma is alcoholic, ripe fruity, some toffee, yeast, spices and mild sugary notes. Flavour is yeasty, alcoholic, some ripe fruits along with mild sugary notes, but still rather pleasant. Got a bit smoother (and a bit more boring) with the yeast poured in.

Bottle. Sweet, yet balnced belgian strong ale with notes of sweet chocolate, dried dark fruits and strong notes of mild coffee. Mild spices in aftertaste. Elegant!

gyllenbock (9995) - Stockholm, SWEDEN - AUG 30, 2012
Bottle at Farfar Pär, August 2012.

Hazy dark brownish/red with a large creamy slightly tan head. This was an interesting one. It reminded a bit of Pannepot but not as complex and "heavy". Still a tasty beer with coffee, chocolate, malt and some licorice. On the sweet side.

SirLimpsalot (4551) - SWEDEN - AUG 30, 2012
@ Farfar Pär: trevlig mörk doft och ännu trevligare smak. Tydlig tobak, tjära, malt och lakrits. Härlig kladdig och söt. Mycket bra. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
