Draught @ STBOWF. Stockholm Beer Festival 2008, Sweden.
Clear medium yellow orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, toasted, fruity. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium to light, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [270908]

50 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden yellow with a small white head. Dry cornish, slight grassy and bitterhops aroma. Sweet malty, light fruity and crisp mild bitterness coming through. Lasting sweet flavour with a mild bitterness coming through.

Ungstrup (38242) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - OCT 4, 2003
The aroma is grassy and hoppy - very hoppy for a lager, but also pretty simple. The color is a clear orange and it has a fine dense but fast disappearing head. The flavor is a light malt sweetness with a grassy, aroma hoppy, middle. It ends rather on a dry note than a bitter one. It is a smooth drinkable beer - good for a lager - but I'd rather have an ale.

Bottled at RBESG 2005. Cloudy yellow coloured with a small white head. Sweet aroma of malts, cookies and hops. Flavour of fruits, malts and caramel.

Bottle: Pale golden colour, hazy. White head that disappears quickly. Has a malty aroma, some grass and alcohol too. The taste is sweet with a nice balace between malt and hops. Leaves you with a nice bitternees in the aftertaste.

Golden coloured. Rather dry, slightly fruity, medium bodied, complex, rather bitter. A tasty lager with lots of character.

Papsoe (25059) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - JUN 29, 2005
UPDATED: NOV 16, 2008 (Bottle 50 cl) Pale amber colour, slightly hazy. Fizzy head which collapses rather fast - actually it vanishes completely. Highly carbonated. Flowery nose, malty flavours (three different malts) and a rather dry mouthfeel. Rather nice, hoppy finish (also three different hops). Quality lager. 130605 and 190908
