Mycket gott.

Saeglopur (2241) - Vienna Woods, AUSTRIA - AUG 20, 2017
Score: 7 / 4 / 8 / 4 / 16

330 ml bottle from Systembolaget, bb 01/2018.
Straw colored, hazy body, with a big, fluffy, lacing, white head.
Aroma of flowers, fresh herbs, hay, grass, bread, subtle sweet notes.
Tastes super-crisp, of fresh herbs, grass, hay, flowers, lemon zest, minerals, some bread, subtle honey.
Medium, slick mouthfeel, with an average carbonation.
Finishes bitter, medium dry, herbal, floral, grassy, grainy, with subtle honey and pine at the very end.

Tasty. Clean, super-crisp throughout and greatly balanced, with just enough, subtle sweet notes. Lovely, distinct herbal, floral and grainy notes dominating. This is exactly how a traditional Kellerpils should be, round, rich, but very fresh to drink at the same time.
