Bottled. A black beer with a brown head. The aroma has notes of caramel, hops, citrus fruits, and liquorice. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, alcohol, and salt-liquorice, leading to a dry finish where the liquorice note lingers. Thanks joergen for sharing.

[email protected] Very much pitch black colour with a beigeish brown mediumsized head. Aroma is ashes, liquorice, tobacco and some slight smoked wet wood. Also some mild sour hints. Flavour is quite similar to the aroma, but also has some slight coffeeish and chocolaty notes. Pleasant and balanced, and hides the alcohol very well.

Bottle 25 cl. Courtesy of joergen. Pours black and opaque with a rough beige head. Intense aroma of dark, dried fruit - sweet raisins. Very full-bodied, a little low in carbonation, hard roasted malts and sweet dried fruit. Ends smooth and sweet with hardly any bitterness. Delicious. 141210

Bottled. Very black, beige head. Behind tobacco and soft licorice lies notes of sweaty orange and brett. Mid sweet with full body, beatifully sfot and mouthfilling. Lots of chocolate with a mild salty tobacco finish. Exceptionally good right now, but watch out for that brett...
