COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Indeholder: Vand: Fra Fyn. Malt: Pale Ale, Cara Munich II, Carafa (Chocolate). Humle: Fuggle (bitter-, smags- & aromahumle). Øvrige: Kandis, rosinsirup. Gær: Safale S-04 (Engelsk ale gær).

50 cl bottle @ Timo A. Brewed 25.01.2012, BBE 25.07.2013
Aroma is roasted with chocolate, coffee and hints of vanilla. Flavour has very well roasted – almost burned – malt, some bitter coffee and very dark chocolate. Quite rich for this ABV.

Bottle. Nice and fruity. But more like a stout than a brown ale. A sweet stout. With a bitter aftertaste.

thewolf (12635) - Kolding, DENMARK - MAR 11, 2012
Bottle, bought @ Aakjærs, Esbjerg.
Very dark brown with a big, frothy, light-beige head. Aroma has roasted malts, dark chocolate, light blackberry astringency. Raisins as well. High carbonation, dry and light grainy mouthfeel. Flavour is relatively sweet, mild roasted malts, some dark chocolate, cocoa, a bit of raisins. Good, lingering malty and grassy bitter finish.

330ml bottle (Smagus Raugas, Vilnius) (7:4+:7:4:13+=3.5++)
Deep brown, large tight tan head. Rich soyey aroma, raisins too. Pleasant sweet bready taste. Very easy drinker, very god brown ale. Nice toffee aspects, some more soy and roast in the finish. Sweetish, but full and has nice bittering hops. Nice one.
