From tap at the brewpub. Dark amber colour with an off-white head. Aroma and flavour of malt, toffee, caramel, fruit and sweetness.

On tap at the brewpub, 7/2016. Poured mid brown colour with a mid sized beige head. Aroma of roasted malt, light chocolate. and caramel. Medium sweetness, light bitterness. Sweet malty finish. Ok.

On Tap, Ambrée foncée, nez très léger, petites notes vineuses. Aroma très fruité en fruit rouges, très sucrée, cerise, le malt torréfié est discret. Ce n’est clairement pas un Stout comme écrit sur le menu. C’est effectivement une brown ale mais avec un levure trop marquée dans les fruit rouge, un peu écœurante sur la fin, candi brun ?
