Golden color with a thin head. Light marshmallowy aroma. Easy drinking, lemony taste. Slight malt. Very decent and solid brew. sunevdj (4157) - Copenhagen OE, DENMARK - APR 21, 2008
Pours a slightly hazy golden with a diminishing white head. Hints of floaties. Mildly sweet with malty aromas. Malty. Low carboantion. Medium to light bodied. Mildly bitter hoppy finish. Couragous with such a mild and mostly malty beer. Hophead22 (2879) - Redlands, by way of Wisconsin,, California, USA - JUL 25, 2009
Sample at the brewery. Dark yellow. Nice grainy, malty aroma. Very clean fresh and crisp. bpreo (3049) - Eugene, Oregon, USA - AUG 6, 2010
It smells like something, that’s for sure. I’m not sure exactly what it smells like, but it’s not beer. Is it burnt cookies? Yep, smells like burnt cookies with too much Pam. Frank (4267) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - APR 7, 2014
As of April 2014, RateBeer has this in the database as a blond ale. This does not strike me as correct but I really have no idea what it is. I might say it’s something of a saison or a witbier, maybe. It pours cloudy orange w/ a scant white head of fine bubbles. Nose is slightly fruity w/ a bit of banana and clove along w/ a little bit of mildly pleasant nuttiness from oxidized malts. This is medium bodied and a bit tart w/ prickly carbonation. This is an interesting beer. At first it almost seemed accidentally soured but it’s grown on me over the course of the glass.

Aroma is malts/wheat, spices and bread. The flavor is coriander/spices, malts, citrus, fruit and a mildly tart finish. GuenSmith (28) - Wisconsin, USA - JUL 3, 2015
Nose has a funk that is hard to get past almost earthy, and skunky. Appearance is golden yellow, with continued bubbling, and a head that dissipates quickly. The beer is crisp and bubbly, bright with notes of citrus and finishes dry and hoppy without a lingering aftertaste. This beer is good but not great. FatPhil (17731) - Tallinn, ESTONIA - MAR 26, 2016

Smells like my mum’s apply crumble. Light palate, a little fizzy. Apple in the taste too, some light spicing too, fits the crumble theme. Palate thin, a bit fizzy. Tons of swirling makes it work better. Light and drinkable and refreshing, I enjoyed it.
Hazy golden straw color with a small white head that leaves a spotty lacing. Effervescence is mostly hidden in the haze. Bready aroma with touches of honey and fruit. Light fruity flavors up front, citrus, strawberry, apricot nectar, very pleasant. The malts contain some stale off flavors. Lingering citrus finish. Thin bodied, somewhat sharp mouthfeel. andyhwcinc (1886) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - JUL 7, 2011
Purchased at Breeze Thru Liquors in Milwaukee, WI; enjoyed on a nice early July Thursday night. Appearance looks pretty watered down, pale yellow with thin white head. Aroma of light yeast, slightly grassy, lemony, very summer like. A previous review stated pineapple in the nose and I agree. Taste of apricots (wasn’t expected at all) and pineapple, very fruity flavor, slightly tart, definitely goes down crisp with a very slight bitterness. Actually pretty decent stuff, not sure if I’d go back to it at all but I’m happy to have given it a shot. Also, this is reminiscent of Austin Homebrew’s Golden Ale recipe for mini mash, so if you like this beer and want to start homebrewing, get that recipe and it’ll be similar to this brew.
