Bottle. Pours golden yellow with a soapy white head that fades to a spotty film with some faint lacing. Aroma is grass and malt with a faint citrus apple smell. Taste is lemon and apple with a very mellow tartness. Palate is thin and chalky. Easy drinker can see this being very refreshing in the summer time. fidelis83 (2570) - Clinton, Iowa, USA - AUG 31, 2012
Pours a slightly hazy light gold with a thin, bright white head that has decent retention and leaves a little lacing. Aroma is grainy, fruity, and a little tart. Flavor is quite grainy, seems to have a bit of a white wheat presence, cereal, bready yeast, light spicy and citrus hops and an odd tartness, that is very hard to pin down. Palate is light bodied, with a creamy entry, light to moderate carbonation and slightly drier, chalky finish. Not bad overall, a little strange for a Blonde. Thin-medium bodied. Fairly boring but not bad.

On tap @ Old Fashion Madison. Strong lemon floral citrus aroma with bubbly head that. Light haze amber. Bitter and sourness is strong on the middle of the tongue. Bitterness fades a little after you drink more. RobertDale (7135) - Lansing, Kansas, USA - JUL 29, 2013
On tap at The Old Fashioned in Madison. Comes a somewhat cloudy pale gold with a small white head. Aroma of malt, grain, and citrus. Taste is malt, wheat, lemon, and spice. Decent summer beer. MaltOne (417) - Wisconsin, USA - APR 2, 2014
Pours hazy gold, brief white head. More aromatic then average - slightly musty, fruity. Mostly malt, virtually no hops, with a bright edge, hint of lemon, and effervescence. Has "farmhouse ale" characteristics. Served ice cold with lemon wedge, it would be OK. markducommun (1232) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - AUG 16, 2014
Clear goldenrod, minimal white head. Some barnyardy, earthy malt-notes dominate the nose, with some lighter, subtle floral notes. Subtlely bitter on the initial taste, but opens up into the malty sweetness that the nose hints at. Lighter, chewy mouthfeel, quite effervescent, pretty clean. Fine. bottle, very bland, nothing at all, moderate drinkability which is low considering theres nothing to hold it back. Needs balance, too sweet.
