12oz bottle at the recently closed Granny’s Closet in Flag (post-North Rim, pre-South Rim). Clear amber pour with a thin off-white head. Cereal, toffee, caramel. Light bodied. Sweet, smooth finish. JohnnyJ (5569) - San Diego, California, USA - MAR 29, 2017
On draft at the brewery. Clear amber pour, with an off white head. Grain, biscuit, lightly grass, watery, and a bit nutty. Decent for an amber. ajnepple (6995) - Denver, Colorado, USA - JAN 30, 2017
12 oz single bottle from Total Wine & More - Gilbert, AZ. Clear amber appearance with a small, lingering beige head. Aroma of generic caramel malt, nuts, sweet toffee and light hops. Similar flavor, sweet and grainy with light hop bitterness. Light to medium body with a slight watery feel. OK. smith4498 (3672) - Winter Springs, Florida, USA - JUN 28, 2016

Taster. Light Amber with minimal head. Light on flavor, not much hop or malt presence... Weak batch?

Poured from 12 fl oz bottle. Clear, golden amber with quickly dissipating off white head. Biscuit and toffee malt with a bit of caramel. Very thin body, almost watery, slight oil texture. Nice flavour, but far too light. arminjewell (9720) - East Lansing, Michigan, USA - MAR 30, 2015
Pour on tap at the brewery, clear orange pour with white head, aroma brought notes of bread, watery cardboard, biscuit, hints of slight caramel with a touch of grass. Taste was a mix of grass, bread, biscuit into a bit of grain, husk, cereal, finishing slightly sweet. troyc (2869) - Illinois, USA - MAR 3, 2015
[Bottle] Clear copper pour with a huge amount of fizzy head that condenses down to nothing in a few seconds. Aromas of caramel, toffee and oxidation/paper. Sweet grains, stale grassy hops, soap, cardboard and some vegetable notes in the flavor. Very overcarbonated. Thinking I may have had a bad bottle, so I will try to re-rate at some point. As is, this is damn near a drain pour. Tasting notes from 8/2014. Caytinator (1005) - Waco, Texas, USA - JAN 27, 2015
Nice pour, with dark copper color and light head, small bubbles. Light lacing. Aroma light and malty (biscuity), good enough. Overall, too sweet, and not a caramel dark molasses sweetness, instead it’s like a corn syrupy taste or something - adjuncts? It’s a bit cloying, but malt backbone is present and fine overall.

"another non-offensive but very simplistic brew from Oak Creek. I enjoyed it more than several other beers I’ve rated right around, but it’s just too simple (like a carmel malt kit) to score average or better. really no hops to speak of, maybe even less than the brown. Semi-sweet malt flavor is a little muddled. Again, not a bad beer, but like something one would make with a kit."
