COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A Gold medal winner in the 2002 North American Brewers' Association competition, this richly gold-colored lager beer has a crisp hop note. It maintains its zest and balance of hops and malt from start to finish. It is a cold lagered and naturally carbonatedall-malt beer. It is very versatile beer that can be enjoyed alone or with nearly any type of food.

clear golden orange pour with a vigorous white head which fades to a film. (my glass was too clean so the head didnt stick around!) this smells very dry... citrus, strawberries (yep!), grass, light yeast and subtly toasted grains. the palate is crisp with a clean finish. the flavor shares the aromas profile... green strawberries, lemon, grain and grassy hops. theres no lingering aftertaste and absolutely nothing off. the medium body is smooth and contains the perfect amount of crisp carbonation.

great session beer... i drank this all day! 6/3/6/3/16/3.4

Bottle. Pours a medium gold with a one finger white head that fades into a persistent soap scum topper. Nose is sweet malt and lager hops. Taste is light corn syrup, honey and grassy hops. Medium mouth feel. Not too bad. Glad to see this brewery bottling more of their line-up.

tap at the brewpub - Pours clear gold with a one finger white head. It has a mild, bready malt aroma. The flavor is mildly sweet, light malt with some good hops in there. It’s light but not watery and manages to be a pretty solid brew for what it is.

Poured amber from the tap with a white head. Mildly bitter with the taste of hops. Couldn’t finish the sample. Not impressive at all for a previous medal winner.
