tap at the brewpub - Pours clear gold with a one finger white head. It has a mild, bready malt aroma. The flavor is mildly sweet, light malt with some good hops in there. It’s light but not watery and manages to be a pretty solid brew for what it is. Ron (4002) - Rochester, New York, USA - APR 26, 2009
Fairly typical golden lager, with a mild, crisp hop aroma. Slightly sweet malty flavor with little hops. Light body and crisp carbonation. Jow (3960) - New York, USA - OCT 2, 2012
Tap as part of seven dwarves flight. Pours golden with fluffy white head. Not much aromas to speak of. Tastes of hay, regular grass, citrus, vanilla, and hops. Pretty boring gold lager billed as 49er on menu fyi maniac (3800) - Baltimore, Maryland, USA - SEP 5, 2007
Shared with Kinz for an impromptu tasting. Clear golden body with a small white head. Sweet cherrios aroma. Sweet cherrios, grain and sweet malt flavor. Kinz (3786) - Glen Allen, Virginia, USA - SEP 2, 2007
Thanks to maniac for this one. Medium gold, touch of bronze, slight head. Aroma lightly of bread with a bit of oat. Oat, cereal, faint floral hops on a slightly watery finish. Unremarkable.

Draft @ the brewpub. Pours clear golden color with white head. Aromas of cereal grains, biscuit, and grass. Similar flavors. Light to medium body with average carbonation. alexanderj (3605) - Branson, Missouri, USA - MAY 12, 2010
On tap; poured a clear darker gold color with not much head. Aroma of sweet malt, corn and yeast. Flavor was pretty good for style; vanilla, yeast and sweet malt NobleSquirrel (3438) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - MAR 9, 2009
Bottle via trade with Hellbilly. Pours an attractive gold, a touch cloudy with next to no head. Nose is kinda sweet, iced tea, malt. Mostly though, I get iced tea, not in a bad way, just in an omnipresent way. Taste is kinda similar. Virtually no bitterness, but there is enough hop character to balance out the sweetness in this one. This would a great canned beer, actually. Has some slipperiness in the mouthfeel, but overall thin. Not too shabby. hellbilly (3248) - scottsdale über alles, Arizona, USA - JAN 19, 2009
clear golden orange pour with a vigorous white head which fades to a film. (my glass was too clean so the head didn’t stick around!)
this smells very dry... citrus, strawberries (yep!), grass, light yeast and subtly toasted grains.
the palate is crisp with a clean finish. the flavor shares the aroma’s profile... green strawberries, lemon, grain and grassy hops. there’s no lingering aftertaste and absolutely nothing ’off’. the medium body is smooth and contains the perfect amount of crisp carbonation.

great session beer... i drank this all day! 6/3/6/3/16/3.4
12 oz Bottle. Particular smell of apple instant oatmeal. Curt and to the point. A hazed deep gold pours out, with a sparse bubble soap foam tinted banana. Flavor is a unique bready and peachy foam. The beer is expanding from its shake up, but still carries gentle wheats, light fusili pasta, and toothy apple pucker. Shy of any off flavors, however these flavors the beer has are a bit peculiar, however enjoyable. There’s some off hexane or Styrofoam on the back end, but it’s not too interrupting. Hops could play more. Pretty nice. Thanks Rudy!
