COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A Gold medal winner in the 2002 North American Brewers' Association competition, this richly gold-colored lager beer has a crisp hop note. It maintains its zest and balance of hops and malt from start to finish. It is a cold lagered and naturally carbonatedall-malt beer. It is very versatile beer that can be enjoyed alone or with nearly any type of food.

Bottled. A golden beer with a thin beige head. The aroma is sweet malty with light notes of fruit, and so is the flavor, leading to a dry bitter finish. The body is a bit thin. Thanks Papsoe for sharing.

December 2011. Sampled at the brewpub in Sedona. Golden yellow with a white head. Hops, malt, yeast and grassy notes. A bit high on the carbonation, and flavors are muted,

Bottle via trade with Hellbilly. Pours an attractive gold, a touch cloudy with next to no head. Nose is kinda sweet, iced tea, malt. Mostly though, I get iced tea, not in a bad way, just in an omnipresent way. Taste is kinda similar. Virtually no bitterness, but there is enough hop character to balance out the sweetness in this one. This would a great canned beer, actually. Has some slipperiness in the mouthfeel, but overall thin. Not too shabby.

One of the 7 Dwarves in the Oak Creek tasting set. Not much to it say: its a pale lager and it looks, smells and tastes like one - in other words, there isn’t much to see, smell or taste (especially in comparison to the other brews on the tasting platter). I’ll admit that it had more flavor and slightly more texture than a macro lager but that’s about it.

12oz bottle acquired in trade with cbkschubert (thanks!). Poured a lighter and clear orangish color with a small sized white head. Aromas of some grain, toasted malts, and light grass. Tastes of grains, light citurs, and I was getting light caramel. Thin and watery.

Bottle courtesy of cbkschubert: Pours a transparent orange bronze with a thin, wispy-lacing white head. Grainy pale malty aroma has some light strawberry and caramel notes. Body starts slightly thin with some grainy pale malty flavor and a touch of floral noble hops and lager yeast character. Slightly better than most pale lagers, but still pretty bland.

Thanks to maniac for this one. Medium gold, touch of bronze, slight head. Aroma lightly of bread with a bit of oat. Oat, cereal, faint floral hops on a slightly watery finish. Unremarkable.
