Draft @what's on tap in Keller. Medium bubbly white head. Somewhat clear sparkling pale yellow color. Aroma of lovely white wine, light spice, fruit, sweet malt. Over the palate came again sweet notes of wine, fruit, malt and light spice. Some would call it too sweet, but I think it was spot on. Really great beer IMO. Full body with a appreciably light sparkling texture. Moderated sweet flavor. Lingering dry woody feel with the fruity white wine finish. Wow ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Malty aroma up front, slightly sweet. Wine and oak are evident. Florally hops. Taste is malty and sweet at first, giving way to dry oakiness. Very dry oak finish. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Growler from Kool Keg. Cloudy golden color. Wine and barrel in the aroma. Big wood. Fruity sweetness in the flavor, like tropical fruit. Low bitterness. Low hops, high wine and wood notes. Belgian notes are buried in the oak. Not balanced.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a hazy gold with medium white head that lasts. The aroma is yeast, spice, grape, oak. Medium body, pure sugar, yeast, spice, vinous, light dry finish, very good.

Tap at Lakewood Growler. The look is cloudy, white lacing head, golden in color. The smell is wine like, slight wood, fruit, grapes, sweet, nice. The taste is similar but with more richness and sugar.
