belgium triple christmas style ale. slight tast of banana and other spices. just seems mediocre at best. worth at least one.

queenholly (3623) - South Whitley, Indiana, USA - DEC 2, 2010
Bottle. Hazy orange with a small white head. Aroma was bread and barnyard. Flavor was sweet fruit, grassy, musty, and alcohol. I found the musty flavor in this rather overpowering and not really pleasant.

misterbeer (313) - greenwood, Indiana, USA - MAR 8, 2010

kiefdog (1826) - Tampa, Florida, USA - FEB 24, 2010
On tap at the brewpub. Pours a clear golden caramel color with thin white head. Aroma is sweet and malty with notes of candy sugar, caramel, yeast, bread. Flavor is sweet and malty with notes of caramel, honey, candy sugar, toffee. Medium body with a sweet finish. Nice triple all things considered.

deyholla (12034) - Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA - JAN 15, 2010
Bottle. Poured a thick hazy gold with a thick lasting white head. Aroma was full of sweet grains with a hint of coriander. Flavor was full of sweet grains as well, really came off as a bit of a one note beer and that one note was a bit overly sweet.

Cletus (6355) - Connecticut, USA - SEP 26, 2009
Pours gold with a white, lasting fluffy head. Smells of citrus, some dry malt, some perfumy hints. Tastes of citrus, some sweet candi sugar, grassy, spicy. Enjoyable.

awiseman01 (469) - Indianapolis, Indiana, USA - SEP 15, 2009
Bottle from Crown #19. Pours hazy pale yellow with fading bubbly white head. Nose is similar to a wheat wine with citrus hints. Taste is full and juicy, orange pokes out among other citrus flavors. Lots of sweet yeast and candy. A solid effort from the locals.

Tmoney99 (14863) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - SEP 5, 2009
Bottle from Crown #19. Poured clear golden color with an average frothy white head that mostly lasted with good lacing. Moderate yeast, sweet malt and small fruity aroma. Medium body with a smooth texture and lively carbonation. Medium sweet flavor with a medium sweet finish of moderate duration. Good drinkable beer that is average for style.

JCB (3999) - Durham, North Carolina, USA - MAR 29, 2009
12oz bottle from StFun - thanks, Josh! Hazy golden pour with modest carbonation. Faint spice in the aroma with some sweet candied malts and pert fruity esters. Body is crisp and just a bit thin. The flavors are nice, and fairly balanced as well. Slight peppery tang in the finish. Pretty solid tripel.

johntreeter (126) - Greenwood, Indiana, USA - DEC 20, 2008
12 oz bottle. Pours a hazy golden color with a thin whit head that leaves some lacing. Aroma of classic belgium yeast, clove, honey, candy, and a little citrus. Flavor is along the same line with a bit of sweetness and more citrus. Good fizzy carb, med body, light syrupy texture, sweet and smooth finish. This beer is almost too drinkable for as big as it is (around 10% or so), so careful they go down easy and the alcohol is completely hidden untill afterwards.
