Bottle. Dark amber color with a small creamy head that diminished slowly and produced good lacing. Medium sweet hoppy aroma. Medium body. Full hoppy flavor with a moderate bitter finish. Good refreshing brew.

Crystal clear amber body, almost no head. Aroma is mild sweet, cereal, earthy. Taste is bland earthy caramel -- could almost drink it without tasting it. Light-medium body.

12 ounce bottle from Crown Liquors #19 in Carmel, IN. Pours a clear red color with a medium fizzy tan head. Decent head retention. Aroma of toffee, earthy and nutty notes. Faint hop finish. The taste is toffee, bitter hops, earthy notes and a bit of nuttiness. Medium bodied.

A pretty good amber actually. THe flavor is a bit weak but the aroma is nice and bready.

Dogbrick (13547) - Columbus, Ohio, USA - FEB 18, 2012
Sample at Ale Wine & Spirits in Powell on 02/09/2012. Clear dark amber pour with a medium off-white head that recedes steadily. Short stringy lacing on the glass. Aroma of toasted malt and hops. Light body with flavors of mild hops, caramel malt and toast. The finish is sweet with a short bready malt aftertaste. Average overall.

Had this one a St. Elmo's in downtown Indianapolis. Boy do they have a mean shrimp cocktail. Anyways, this is a light amber ale with a hint of carmel.

hopdog (12953) - Lansdale, Pennsylvania, USA - MAR 17, 2006
UPDATED: MAR 22, 2006 12oz bottle acquired in trade with atpayne (thanks!). Poured a deep orange color, slightly hazy, and a small sized off white head. Faint aromas of caramel, citrus, wet hop leaves, and an all around maltiness. Tastes of caramel, oranges, and some citrus. Cool looking label.
