[email protected] Yellow hazy. Estery nose. Some ripe banana, some yeast. Full bdied, slight oily. Doesnt really feel that boozy, but does feel like getting it boozy was more important than flavour here. Like kilju with some finesse.

Cask at St Albans Beer Festival 2013. Poured a clear light golden colour with a thin white head. Fruity hop aroma with pears, peach and maple syrup. Malty flavours at the fore with caramel and mango followed grassy hops. Palate is lingering tropical fruit, sponge cake and hop resin.

Cask @ St Albans Beer Festival, 2013. Bright deep golden yellow. Classic IPA aroma, with fruity bitter hop invading the nose. Sweeter than I expected but none the worse for it. Sneaky little bitter finish. Buttery creamy mouthfeel. Brilliant beer but it drinks like a session bitter!

Cask at George, Croydon. It pours clear amber with a small white head. The nose is earth, straw, honey, perfumed, floral, apple and pear drops. The taste is soft fruit...melon, apricot, pear, honey, light toast, sweet bread, alcohol kick, light pine and some spice with a dry, bitter-sweet finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Smooth, well balanced and pretty drinkable at this sort of abv. Good work.

[cask, Thomsons Bar, Edinburgh ] Crystal clear golden amber pour, decent white head. Sweet oaked honey aroma. Big sweet sticky taste; honeysuckle, alcohol, creme caramel. This stands up to casking brilliantly [10062013 ]

Cask at Oaka at the Masion House, Kennington - 19/03/13. Lightly hazed pale golden with a thin white head. Nose carries pale malts, fruit, sugar, citrus. Taste comprises orange, berry fruit, light citrus, sugars, touch of booze, moderate hop presence. Full end of medium bodied with soft carbonation. Ok drinkable stuff but Ive come to expect a little more from Oakham.

Cask @ The Old Fountain. The pours deep gold with a tiny head. The nose is syrupy cereal sweetness, some peaches and apricot. Summery fruits. The taste is more mild grain. Honey and plenty of summery orchard fruit. Baked bread. Medium body, a bit too syrupy on the palate. Overall, not bad, though Oakham make some much better stuff than this.
